Terms of Use
Last updated October 9, 2026
By creating an account or using My Cloud Player, you agree to these terms.
The service
My Cloud Player plays audio files stored in your own Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox. We do not provide, host or sell music. You are responsible for having the right to play and share the files you add.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 to use the service.
Subscription
My Cloud Player requires a paid subscription, which is purchased and managed on our website, not inside the mobile app. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time on our website and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Sharing
Share links let anyone with the link listen to the song or playlist you shared. Only share content you have the right to share. You can delete a share link at any time.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to distribute content you don't have rights to.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
- Do not resell or give others access to your account.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not responsible for files in your drive. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Apple users
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes we will tell you in the app.
